ARMENIAN DEFENSE MINISTER TO ATTEND FUNERAL OF HIS FORMER RUSSIAN COLLEAGUE PAVEL GRACHEV

YEREVAN. - The delegation headed by Armenian Defense Minister Seyran
Ohanyan will head to Moscow to attend the funeral of former Russian
Defense Minister Pavel Grachev.
Artsrun Hovhannisyan, spokesperson for Armenian MOD, told Armenian
News-NEWS.am that the delegation is leaving Yerevan on Monday.
Pavel Grachev died at the age of 64 on September 23. General was
taken to hospital in serious condition.
Grachev served as a defense minister from 1992 to 1996 in the
Government of Viktor Chernomirdin.
