Since 1993, Global Environment Fund has allocated $22 million in
grants to Armenia. How have this sum been spent?
"You will see the results of those grants in "Dilijan" and "Sevan"
national parks: the buildings were repaired, a new visitor center was
constructed, the staff has been retrained, and the management plans
of the parks have been drafted and then approved by the government,"
First Deputy Minister of Nature Protection Simon Papyan said, without
mentioning any specific programs.
