The Armenia-based Russian language economic newspaper Delovoy Express
has been awarded a Certificate of Honor of the Russian Government.
ITAR-TASS reports that Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev decreed
awarding a certificate of honor of the Russian Government to a number
of foreign news agencies, particularly, Delovoy Express (Armenia),
