YEREVAN. - Armenian National Assembly (NA) Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan's
close associates inform that Abrahamyan is very concerned not solely
by the prospect of presidential representative Victor Dallakyan's
delivering a special address soon and making law proposals, but also
by the likely fact of his-that is, Dallakyan's-being appointed Deputy
Chief of Presidential Staff, and therefore he- namely, Abrahamyan-is
attempting at the highest levels to receive the answer to the question
as to whether or not President Serzh Sargsyan will resort to this step,
Hraparak daily reports.
"Well-informed people claim that this order will be made in the next
several days," the daily writes.
