Foreign Minister Nalbandyan had a series of meeting with his
colleagues in New York

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS : Foreign Affair Minister of the
Republic of Armenia Edward Nalbandyan in his visit to New York
participating in UN Assembly General 67 th session continues to have
meetings with his partners and international organization heads.
As Information and public relations Department told Armenpress
,Minister Nalbandyan had a meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey
Lavrov. In the course of the launched meeting issues comprising
Armenian-Russian relations agenda, the implementation of acquired
agreements, steps to be undertaken in strengthening strategic
cooperation as well as cooperation within international organization
and coordinating of positions were touched upon by two
diplomats.Ministers Nalbandyan and Lavrov exchanged views about
criminal Safarov release and its impact on Nagorno Karabakh conflict
settlement issue.A number of issues in the international agenda were
also envisaged by top ranking officials.
The meeting took place between OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zanier
and Nalbandyan mainly comprised Nagorno Karabakh issue regulation
process and preparation work of OSCE Ministerial Council due to take
place in Dublin.
