Armenia owes $8 million to international organizations - newspaper

YEREVAN. - At present, Armenia owes $8 million to various
international organizations as membership fees, Haykakan Zhamanak
daily reports.
`Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs [Shavarsh] Kocharyan confirmed
this fact yesterday [Thursday] during the budgetary discussions at the
[National Assembly] NA.
[But] He refused to say to which organizations' membership fee debts
have accumulated, [and,] instead, he comforted [by informing] that
there has not yet been a case when Armenia was deprived of the right
to vote in any [international] organization because of debts,'
