RUSSIA'S SUKHOI TO SUE ARMAVIA

Russia's Sukhoi Company is going to file a lawsuit against Armavia
to the International Commercial Arbitration Court, a source in the
company told Gazety.ru.
This is the claim of forced fulfillment of contractual obligations
on Sukhoi Superjet 100 and recovery of losses associated with the
termination of the supply agreement.
"The suit amounting to around $1.385 million will be filed in the
coming days," the source said.
After receiving the aircraft Armavia failed to pay the full price
and later decided to return the plane.
Armavia air company said it starts bankruptcy proceedings and canceled
the fights from April 1.
