ARMENIANS OF JAVAHKH DEMAND MEETING WITH BEDZINA IVANISHVILI

The Armenians of Akhalkalaki and Ninotsminda have organized a picket
in front of the State Office of Georgia in Tbilisi demanding a meeting
with Prime Minister Bedzina Ivanishvili.
As "Georgia-online" reported, the purpose of the participants in the
action was to acquaint Ivanishvili with the true situation in Javahkh,
as there are many problems in the region that should be resolved.
The picket-men said that ex-premier of Georgia, Vano Merabishvili,
has recently visited Javahkh, met his supporters there, and now he is
trying to assure the leadership of the country that the situation in
the region is not calm. "But it is not so", - the picket-men assured.
The Reintegration Minister, Paata Zakareshvili, met with participants
in the action.
