Armenian Army brought to combat readiness
Military units of the Ministry of Defense not engaged in combat duty
are brought to combat readiness, in connection with the inauguration
ceremony of Serzh Sargsyan on Tuesday, 1in.am wrote.
The military personnel are already instructed, which position to take
and which missions to implement in case of need, Yerkir.am website

The website also reports that such an order is received in particular
by the military units located in the capital Yerevan and surrounding
areas that are already in readiness and waiting for further orders.
On the day of Serzh Sargsyan's inauguration ceremony on April 9,
Tuesday, Raffi Hovannisian and his associates are preparing to
organize a large rally and a march in Yerevan.
The presidential elections were held in Armenia on February 18.
According to the official results, the incumbent President Serzh
Sargsyan won the presidential elections with 58.64 percent of the
votes. The leader of "Heritage" party Raffi Hovannisian who ranked
second with 36.74 percent didn't recognize the results and declared
"the Revolution of Smiles and Greetings".
