And so it became clear that Robert Kocharyan will attend Serzh
Sargsyan's inauguration ceremony on April 9 in Sport and Concert
Complex after K. Demirchyan. This, as a strategic move, was
predictable, at least, from Robert Kocharyan's last and, most likely,
the only interview.
"The struggle for power between two Karabakh residents, was
unacceptable to me, it would put many into a situation of difficult
choices and become a topic of various speculations. In addition, the
incumbent President as his successor at the time I stopped myself, and
his desire to run for a second term is clear."
After these lines, of course, a political haze dissipated in a sense,
but actually participation in the inauguration solves several issues.
Created situation between the Republican Party and "Prosperous
Armenia" is complex and at risk for Yerevan and, in particular, for
the residents. Debates, taking place mainly in the form of a virtual
battle between RPA and PAP leaders have already found their response
in PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan, who at yesterday meeting of the active
of PAP said that if someone offends a member of PAP, will have to deal
with him. This is certainly not true about politicians, who spend most
of their time on social networks, we are talking about politicians of
a caliber. As an example Tsarukyan meant the deputy from the
Republican Party Mher Sedrakyan, who, referring to municipal elections
in Yerevan affected PAP members.
Here's one of the questions that is trying to solve Robert Kocharian
with his visit, trying to find a way to the prevailing security
situation, thanks to which there will already be some answers to the
question, whether Tsarukyan can finally take part in Serzh Sargsyan's
inauguration or not. This step allows PAP, in particular, Gagik
Tsarukyan, to work in Yerevan elections easily. After this strategic
move PAP can only realize those goals and bars, which it adopted and
for which, according to preliminary data, will spare nothing.
Thus, fight between RPA and PAP is growing every day and may have
unintended consequences that are typical of our election campaign, and
contrary to the fundamental principles of democratic institutions,
thus ditching Armenia and Yerevan into antidemocratic garbage.
