ARMENIA AND CZECH REPUBLIC'S VIEWS COINCIDE BY 95 PERCENT - KAREL SCHWARZENBERG

    April 11, 2013 | 13:04

YEREVAN.- There are no political problems in Armenian-Czech relations,
and the views of the two countries coincide by 95 percent, Czech FM
    said in Yerevan.

The lack of political problems underscores the importance of
developing economic relationship, Karel Schwarzenberg said during a
    press conference on Thursday.

"Relations in the field of economy are not sufficiently developed. We
must use the existing potential," he said. In this context, Minister
noted attractive geographical location of Armenia which opens up
opportunities for cooperation in many areas.

In his turn, the acting Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian
said that in five years since the last visit of his Czech counterpart
to Yerevan, over a dozen meetings in Prague and within the framework
    of international agencies was held.

Speaking about Armenian-Czech business forum held within the framework
of Schwarzenberg's visit, head of the Armenian foreign office said
he was pleased that the Minister is accompanied by a delegation
    of businessmen.

"Business forum will provide a good opportunity to establish direct
contacts. There is significant potential for the development of
    economic relations," he said.

Edward Nalbandian noted the number of bilateral documents have exceeded
two dozen. The countries also exchanged diplomatic missions.

"During the meeting we discussed regional and international issues. I
informed my counterpart about the current stage of the negotiation
process on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," Nalbandian said.

Negotiations will continue during a working lunch.
