INVESTIGATION OF PROSHYAN VILLAGE HEAD MURDER IN PROGRESS

The information and public relations department, Police of Armenia,
informed Tert.am that the Head Investigation Department continues
investigating the murder of Hranch Muradyan, head of the Proshyan
village community.
Two days after the murder, police detained Artak and Araik Petrosyan.
Later, however, one of the brothers, Araik Petrosyan was arrested
and his brother Artak was released from custody.
The young men's father Arshaluis Petrosyan addressed an open letter
to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, acting Prosecutor General
of Armenia Aghvan Hovsepyan and acting Chief of Armenia's police
Vladimir Gasparyan.
