ZHAMANAK: ITERA PREPARED TO PAY $100 MILLION FOR NAIRIT PLANT

A group of representatives of Moscow-based Itera group of companies
will again visit Armenia next week to conduct negotiations on Nairit
Plant, according to "Zhamanak" daily. During the recent visit of the
head of Rosneft Company Igor Sechin to Armenia, representatives of
Russian companies set their conditions to the Armenian authorities. In
particular, Itera is prepared to pay $100 million for Nairit, but
denounces obligations to repay wage arrears and other debts of the
enterprise. The Armenian government has to repay all the debts.
