Expert: sustainable development important for Artsakh's security

PanARMENIAN.Net - Military expert Davit Jamalyan stressed the need for
sustainable development of Artsakh to counter Azerbaijan's
provocations.
He noted the development of border-areas of Shahumyan, Qashatagh and
Hadrut as guarantees of peace for future generations.
Editor-in-chief of Qashatagh-based newspaper Zohrap Erkoyan, in turn
said that people residing in the province live a normal life.
He further attached importance to the cultural monuments, with over 30
standing and ruined churches located there.
`New churches are built in Armenia, with no steps taken to restore our
historical buildings,' he said.
