ZHOGHOVURD: FORMER GYUMRI MAYOR NO LONGER GOES TO CHURCH

Many of Gyumri residents have noticed that former Mayor Vardan
Ghukasyan no longer goes to the church after his dismissal. He would
often be seen in the church while being Mayor, Zhoghovurd daily says.
The paper sought commentary from Ghukasyan. "I do not keep away from
the church. I consider myself the son of the church and therefore I
cannot stay away from the church," Ghukasyan told the paper.
