YEREVAN. - The Armenian authorities' actions in the campaign season
for the forthcoming capital city Yerevan Council election,
specifically in terms of getting votes, are becoming increasingly
funny, Hraparak daily reports.
`In actual fact, this time the election bribe `menu' is diverse, from
grocery to money.
They recently have distributed eggs in [Yerevan's] Nork-Marash
community to get votes for the authorities.
According to the voters, they distributed boxes of eggs, which is
equivalent to 5,000 drams [approx. $12], apiece,' Hraparak writes.
