servicemen and the Russian movable property from Gabala radar station
has already been completed. As reported by Armenpress, quoting the
Azerbaijani APA Agency, Azerbaijan and Russia will sign an agreement
on the handover of Gabala radar station in the near future.

by railway. Russian troops leaving the country were accompanied by
servicemen of the Internal Troops till the state border.
High-ranking delegation of Russia will visit Azerbaijan in the middle
of August to sign an agreement on the handover.
Currently, the station is controlled by the Azerbaijani servicemen.
Azerbaijan set up commission to determine the property of Gabala
radar station in November 2012. Russia suspended the station's
exploitation in December 2012, because Azerbaijan increased the lease
payment. Azerbaijan demanded $300 million lease payment from Russia
for the station.

the USSR, possesses the ability to take launch of ballistic missiles
