The Armenian Ministry of Defense says it will not criminally prosecute
Hakob Injighulyan, an Armenian soldier, who recently wound up in
Azerbaijani controlled territory.
"Preliminary investigation findings have not established corpus
delicti in Hakob Injighulyan's actions. It was justified and proved
that Injighulyan appeared on the territory under the protection of
the Azerbaijani forces under exceptional circumstances as the result
of losing his bearings. Thus, he will not be subject to criminal
prosecution upon his repatriation", wrote Artsrun Hovhannisyan, press
secretary of the Minsitry of Defence of Armenia in his FaceBook account
