ACTIVIST TAKEN UNDER CUSTODY NEARBY YEREVAN CITY HALL

YEREVAN. - Activist Mihran Melkonyan, 22, was detained Tuesday from
across the Armenian capital city Yerevan Municipality.
Speaking to news reporters, Yerevan Deputy Police Chief Valeri Osipyan
likewise confirmed the aforementioned.
Osipyan also informed that Melkonyan is suspected of committing a
crime, but the deputy police chief did not provide any details.
In addition, the Police press service released a statement in
connection with this development.
