Ankara. Turkey's Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu announced he would
go on a visit to Armenia on December 12, the online edition of Turkish
Milliyet daily reported.
The formal reason for the surprising visit is participation in a
forthcoming forum of the member states of the Organization of the
Black Sea Economic Cooperation.
The visit of the Turkish foreign minister to Yerevan is considered as
a positive development in the bilateral relations after the meeting
between the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan - Serzh Sargsyan
and Ilham Aliyev, respectively, in connection to the Nagorno-Karabakh
issue.
