Hraparak: Russian language courses for Armenian MPs soon

Armenia's National Assembly appears to be rapidly moving toward the
Customs Union.
Russian language courses will soon be organized for Armenian MPs.
Early this month, a Russian library and an Armenian-Russian friendship
club were opened in Armenia's Parliament.
Interestingly, a few months ago, when Armenia was moving toward an
Association Agreement, Europe organized English language courses for
Armenian MPs. But the initiative remained on paper.
