Baku. Viktoriya Dementyeva-APA. "Russia and Armenia are sovereign
states and are establishing relations in the manner they consider
proper and basing on the algorithm in line with the international law,"
Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan Vladimir Dorokhin told journalists
while commenting on media reports about Russia's arms sale to Armenia,
APA reports.
"Our military-technical cooperation with Armenia is transparent. We
report to the UN regarding all arms sales," he said.
