MKHITARYAN ONCE AGAIN BEST FOOTBALLER OF "SHAKTAR"

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 7, ARMENPRESS: Henrikh Mkhitaryan, midfielder of
Armenian national football team, was once again declared to be the best
"Shaktar" player of the month.
Armenpress reports, in a result of voting on the official web site of
"Shaktar" Armenian midfielder appeared on the first place. Henrikh
Mkhitaryan got the first place collecting 49 percent of the votes,
Taison is on the second place with 10,98 percent and Fernandinho
collected 8,98 percent.
Mkhitaryan participated in 33 international matches and scored 8
goals since his debut in an away friendly match against Panama on 14
January 2007. His previous clubs include Pyunik Yerevan, where he came
through the youth system, and Metalurh Donetsk. Mkhitaryan was chosen
Armenian Footballer of the Year in 2009, 2011 and 2012. He was also
voted as the best "Shaktar" player of 2011-12 season by the fans. In
2012 Mkhitaryan was named in UEFA's Top 100 players by UEFA European
Football Yearbook 2012-13.
