Karabakh conflict has gone too far to be resolved quickly and easily,
Speaker of the Russian State Duma Sergey Naryshkin said during the
meeting with MPs of French National Assembly in Paris. Naryshkin
noted that it is wrong to expect a speedy resolution of the conflict.

The issue of referendum is a stumbling block in the work on peace
agreement, he said, at the same time noting that it can be solved,
    Rosbalt informs.

The Speaker of the State Duma does not share the opinion of one
of French lawmakers who called Medvedev-Aliyev-Sargsyan platform
    a failure.

"You call Medvedev-Aliyev-Sargsyan platform a failure. I do not agree
with your assessment," Naryshkin said, adding that trilateral meetings
    yielded results.
