ARMENIAN OLIGARCH MP URGES PROSPEROUS ARMENIA MEMBERS TO VOTE FOR INCUMBENT PRESIDENT - NEWSPAPER

YEREVAN. - Armenia's riling Republican Party (RPA) MP, businessman
Samvel Aleksanyan and capital city Yerevan's Malatia-Sebastia
Community Prefect, RPA member Davit Ohanyan called upon the community's
Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) members to vote for the RPA presidential
candidate, incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan in the forthcoming
election, Zhamanak daily reports.
"According to Zhamanak's information, Aleksanyan and Ohanyan met, at
a restaurant complex, with the PAP-member residents [of the Community].
According to our source, the forthcoming presidential election [to
be held on February] was on the agenda of the talk.
The MP and the prefect urged the PAP members to vote for the serving
president, since they do not have their own [presidential] candidate,"
