Karabakh president participates in Public Prosecutor's board's meeting

Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan participated on Saturday in the
meeting of the Office of Public Prosecutor's board which summarizing
the results of the structure's activities in 2012.
Central Information Department of the Office of Karabakh president
reported that the NKR Attorney general Arshavir Gharamyan and
responsible representatives of the office delivered corresponding
reports.
Bako Sahakyan assessed the work carried out during the reporting
period satisfactory, emphasizing that due to the activities realized
by the Office of Public Prosecutor and other power structures the
country succeeded in fighting crime and other negative phenomena,
maintaining public order in the republic at a proper level, as a
result of which crime rate in Artsakh are much lower than the world
average.
At the same time President Sahakyan noted that still much is to be
done for maintaining and improving the positive dynamics registered in
structure's activities, adding that the office possessed all
opportunities to consistently raise the efficiency of its work.
Bako Sahakyan underlined that the country's authorities would continue
taking necessary measures to improve social and working conditions of
the structure's staff.
