in the center of media attention. This is correct tactics, member of
the observer mission of International expert Center for Electoral
Systems (ICES), Estonian journalist and political scientist Nikolay
Meynert told a news conference in Yerevan.
Mr Meynert said he was surprised at the absence of televised debates
between candidates, but added that it should not be considered as a
major negative factor.
