Prosperous Armenia party spokesperson says Armenia is free state with
each person being where he wants to

Spokesperson for the Prosperous Armenia party Tigran Urikhanyan does
not much believe in the information about Prosperous Armenia party
member Karo Karapetyan posing as Serzh Sargsyan's proxy in 11/17
polling station in Artashat.
Speaking to Tert.am he said, each person has a right to be in any
place in the territory of Armenia. Urikhanyan said that we are living
in a free state while the reporters are trying to present the
situation in the spirits of 1937.
Azatutyun.am recorded Karapetyan in the 11/17 polling station. Seeing
it, Karapetyan immediately left the territory crying out `stop
recording'.
Although the secretary of the election commission assured the
journalist that Karo Karapetyan was not on the list of proxies,
Chairman of the election commission Ruben Avetisyan told the
journalist that Mr Karapetyan was standing proxy for incumbent
President Serzh Sargsyan.
Before the elections the Prosperous Armenia party released a statement
unveiling its decision not to nominate own candidacy and not support
anyone. As to the statement of the NA chairman who did not exclude
formation of the coalition with the engagement of the PAP, Tigran
Urikhanyan said a special statement has already been released in this
respect and added that the PAP's agenda does not include such issue.
