Head of Gegharkunik village administration estimates Serzh Sargsyan at 5,000 AMD

The head of Gegharkunik village administration of Gegharkunik region,
Karen Asatryan, estimates Serzh Sargsyan at 5,000 AMD.
The residents of Gegharkunik told ArmInfo that the head of the village
administration has been giving 5,000 bribes to the villagers for four
days. At the same time, the villagers pointed out with discontent that
in other villages and in Gavar, the administrative center of
Gegharkunik, the amount of the bribes ranged from 10,000 to 15,000
AMD.
