Civilnet has recorded a bus distributing electoral bribe outside a
building in Yerevan's Avan district. One of the passengers of the
weird bus parked in Tumanyan street had a list in her hand.
To the inquiry of a journalist, the passengers said they were
enrolling people for giving them toilet paper.
