According to journalist Artak Hambardzumyan, he and observer Narine
Ismaili underwent violence at the polling station 17/05.
About 25-30 young men entered the polling station, used violence
against them, stuffed the ballot box and left.
`There were policemen around but they did nothing. Everyone said they
saw them but no one confirmed they stuffed the ballot boxes,'
Hambardzumyan told Lragir.am.
