THE GENEX FILM SHOOTING WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF HOLLYWOOD SUPERSTARS TO LAUNCH IN THE END OF THIS YEAR

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 21, ARMENPRESS: The unprecedented interest showed
towards Genex film on Armenian Genocide is conditioned by two major
factors: reportedly world premiere of the film is scheduled on hundred
year anniversary of Armenian Genocide, 2015, April 24. Hollywood
superstars namely Natalie Portman and Armand Assante feature the
chacters in the film. "Genex" term coined by Raphael Lemkin consists
of Gene (gene) and Ex (ruin, extortion, destruction) roots. Armenpress
reporter had a briefing with film's author, director, producer and
screenplay co-author Artak Sevada about the film lately so much
topical among the public .
The Genex significantly differs from the rest movies on Armenian
Genocide. To reporter's question how he conceived the film Sevada
was quoted as saying." Frankly speaking I was the first who opposed
"Ararat" film. This made me to indulge in seeking answers to many
