Armen Badalyan, an expert in political and election technologies,
believes the post-election processes to be the past.
Last December numerous experts forecasted the winner of the
presidential race.
"The only thing that had to be specified was the number of voters
dissatisfied with Armenia's authorities," he said.
"He has done his business and has nothing else to do," Mr Badalyan
said.
He noted that the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), Armenian
Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun (ARF-D) and Armenian National
Congress (ANC) did right by not participating in the Feb. 18 voting.
