POLICE REJECT OPENING CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST ARTIK MAYOR

During the election campaign period, member of presidential candidate
Raffi Hovannisian's campaign headquarters Edmon Yeganyan posted
a statement on raffi4prezident.am website saying that Artik Mayor
Arsen Abrahamyan is the head of Serzh Sargsyan's election headquarters
and that he organizes meetings and collects passport data from state
workers.
However, police rejected opening a criminal case, under Point 1 of
Part 1 of Article 35 of the RA Code of Criminal Procedure - lack of
the event of crime, the press service of police told Panorama.am.
