FOREIGN MINISTER GAVE FIRST LECTURE FOR NEW AUDIENCE OF DIPLOMATIC SCHOOL

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 22, ARMENPRESS: Foreign Minister of Armenian Republic
Edward Nalbandian on February 22 gave the first lecture to the new
audience of MFA diplomatic school.
As reports Armenpress, congratulating the audience on the occasion of
entering the diplomatic school, Minister Nalbandian has noted, fourth
generation of the school is attending an educational institution of
diplomatic training, the foundation and efficient activity of which
is already an established fact.
"First of all diplomacy should be in the blood, though it is also a
profession, which as other professions, requires a thorough education.
You will have an opportunity to closely get acquainted with art of
diplomacy and skill of negotiating, with external political positions
and approaches of Armenia, international law, issues of international
economic relations as well as to the niceties of work in diplomatic
representations. Outstanding specialists from Russia, USA, UK,
Belgium, Germany, Spain, Slovenia, Estonia, Switzerland, Canada,
Netherlands, Czech Republic and Austria are going to teach in the
school. You will also have an opportunity to listen to the foreign
ministers and heads of international organizations visited Armenia,"
Minister Nalbandian said.
Concluding his speech, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia
underlined, that every student of the school should use this
opportunity to gain professional knowledge, in order to be able to
join the ranks of Armenia's diplomatic service.
