Armenian chess player draws second prize in Rochefort chess tournament

The Rochefort chess tournament has seen has brought Armenian IM Karen
Grigoryan the second prize.
The sportsman demonstrated a brilliant performance in the
competitions, topping the blitz tournament in the festival program. He
became a sole winner after 11 rounds.
Georgia's David Jojua has won the first prize, scoring seven out of
the possible nine points.
In the final round, Grigoryan (6.5) lagged behind the tournament
leader by 0.5 point.
