Armavir's Mayor resigns

Media circulates rumors that Armavir's Mayor Ruben Khlghatyan
submitted his resignation, but the latter did not respond to phone
calls.
Note that in the city of Armavir Raffi Hovannisian gained more votes
than Serzh Sargsyan.
Before that, a resignation appeal submitted the governor of Shirak
province Ashot Giziryane, as well as the name of the mayor of Vanadzor

Facebook page about the officials' resignations. He assures that it
has nothing to do with the election results
