`Each time history repeats itself in our country: the people demand
justice and try to satisfy that demand by means of those who created
an illusion that the people are powerful,' the former Foreign Minister
of the NKR Arman Melikian wrote on his Facebook page.
`It seems to people that this `force' can satisfy their demand for
justice. They shut their eyes to the fact that the `force' is not just
itself: it has also deceived and continues to deceive.
As long as people demanding justice are prepared to overlook the lie
spread by the `force' they prefer, they will continue to give away to
despair.
It is wrong to deceive the people. People get frustrated when they
