We have learned that Raffi Hovannisian's photo with a legend reading
`Raffi, when are you coming?' is posted on the walls, trees all over
Ararat town. The Police Department of Ararat is looking for the author
of this action. By the way, the chief of police of Ararat region is
Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan's nephew Arsen Abrahamyan. Upon his uncle's
request the police are visiting door to door to find out who the
author of this action is. By the way, on the voting day envelopes with
preservatives with the name of the mayor of Ararat were found in
different polling stations.
