Hovannisian is confident that anyone who is threatening to dismiss
workers for their political views, will be accountable before the law.
On Wednesday, Hovannisian addressed his supporters in the city of
Kajaran in Syunik Region, Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent reports.
"The will and victory of people must be respected. These people have
salaries amounting to millions, leaving workers cents. Let them have
income but they must respect the workers. I will ensure your rights,"
he said.
Kajaran is an industrial city in Armenia's south where 80 percent of
population is working for Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine.
