AZERBAIJANI 'CORRECT' LOSSES IN ARMED FORCES - EXPERT

YEREVAN. - Azerbaijan 'corrects' its losses in the Armed Forces,
military expert Arkadi Grigoryan told Armenian News-NEWS.am commenting
on another statement by the Azerbaijani media outlets that an officer
exploded on the mine. To note, this is the fourth incident in the
recent three weeks.
According to the expert, "explosion on the mine" is one of the
'successful' means to register a loss. At the end of the year, the
Azerbaijani side 'corrects' data on human losses in the Armed Forces.
"There are losses and they need to be explained somehow. Besides,
majority of incidents is due to the mine explosion, and it comes to
testify about failed diversion acts and violations of the discipline,"
he said.
