YEREVAN.- Leader of Heritage Party Raffi Hovannisian said Yerevan
would recognize independence of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic if he
were elected president in upcoming elections.
"Modern Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and Azerbaijan must be recognized in
the new post-Soviet borders of their territories. At the same time the
issues concerning demarcation and security guarantees must be solved
through talks between the two nations," Hovannisian said during an
online press conference organized by Public Dialogues organization.
It is necessary to establish good neighborly relations between NKR and
