Severe reprimand to judge Yuri Baghdasaryan

The RA Judicial Council gave a severe reprimand to the judge of Kotayk
Court of First Instance Yuri Baghdasaryan.
According to the RA Judicial Department, the disciplinary committee of
RA Judicial Council during the January 18, 2013 meeting of Judicial
Council presented a disciplinary motion and in accordance with Article
95 Clause 5 of the Constitution, Article 157 Section 1 Clause 3 of
Criminal Code, the Judicial Council decided to give a severe reprimand
to Yuri Baghdasaryan and deprive him of 25% of his salary for 1 year.
