Mangasaryan Arrested, Injured Party Is Not Khudyan

Vladislav Mangasaryan has been detained. He is accused of embezzlement of
180 thousand dollars. Pastinfo has learned that charges brought against him
have nothing to do with the Armenian American Edmond Khudyan's case who
claims that his partner Vladislav Mangasaryan had embezzled his profit.
Edmond Khudyan's report is investigated by the State Revenue Committee's
investigative unit. In this case the injured party is Artashes Shahbazyan.
According to evidence, the accused has deceived and embezzled 180,000 USD
from him. Vladislav Mangasaryan had given this
money to
his debtors.
