THE CONSTRUCTION GARBAGE OF THE "YOUTH PALACE" WAS SPILLED IN THE VALLEY CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE WATERLINE

The construction garbage from the "Youth Palace" was moved and spilled
in the left side valleys of the Yerevan-Sevan highway 5.The Police
initiated a criminal proceeding against the head of the construction
unit of the "Avangard-Motors" ltd, Armen Davtyan.
The police found out that it was the result of those actions that the
820 mm diameter water pipeline of the Arzavan-Yerevan waterline was
damaged. According to criminal case, the construction garbage was
spilled in the above mentioned valley, without an appropriate
authorization by the order the A. Davtyan. At the same time, the
contractorsdidn't even find appropriate to check the availability of
communication systems in that territory, as a result of which the 820
mm diameter water pipeline was damaged causing "Yerevan-Water" Company
5.730.000 AMD material damage.
Armen Davtyan is charged with Article 186.1 of RA Criminal Code.
According to our information the case has been sent to court months
ago.
