NATIONAL REVIVAL NEW PARTY ESTABLISHES IN NAGORNO KARABAKH

The founding congress of National Revival party is slated for February
24 in the hall of club in Khachen village of Askeran region of Nagorno
Karabakh Republic.
According to the party~Rs initiative group~Rs press release, the
congress~R agenda includes the establishment of the party~Rs charter
and program drafts, formation of party~Rs bodies.
The vicinity of the conduction of the congress has been agreed with
the great role the party gives to the development of the village,
region. The majority of the party members are from regions.
According to the Karabakh law on Parties the statement about founding
congress is being issued through mass media at least one month earlier.
As of the moment of the congress the party is to have at least 100
founding members.
~SWith its ideology the National Revival party is national,
social-democratic party. The goal of the party is the creation of
joint Armenia,~T the statement runs.
It is also stressed that in the current round the goals of the party
are the separation of the authorities and business, creation of
environmental economy, elimination of rural poverty, centralization,
development of regions, etc.
The party~Rs charter and program will be completely presented during
the party~Rs founding congress.
