Hovannisian urges Sargsyan to apologize to people

Presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian has issued an address to
Serzh Sargsyan.
While the presidential hopeful expresses his respect for the incumbent
president in some issues, he warns that Sargsyan's continuance in
office will lead the country downfall.
Also, Raffi Hovannisian calls on Serzh Sargsyan to apologize to the
Armenian people for the country's current state.
