MAY ARTAK BUDAGHYAN BE CHARGED?
The Haykakan Zhamanak Daily reports that Artak Budaghyan, who was
injured in the incident in front of the house of former Syunik governor
may be charged with an armed assault.
The Defense Ministry's department of investigation postponed the
consideration of the motion to victimize Artak Budaghyan. Budaghyan's
lawyer Hayk Alumyan decided to appeal the decision to the Prosecutor
General because they have no hope that the military prosecutor's
office will be impartial taking into account the statement it made
after the incident, Alumyan says.
