KARABAKH PRESIDENT HANDS DIPLOMAS TO ARTSAKH STATE UNIVERSITY GRADUATES

STEPANAKERT. - Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh, President
Bako Sahakyan on Wednesday handed diplomas to a group of Artsakh
State University students that have graduated with distinction.
In his remarks, Sahakyan noted that the ceremony of handing diplomas
to such graduates at the President's Residence has become a good
tradition, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR
President informs.
He stressed that the state seeks a developed education system that
meets modern standards, and this is among the key tasks of NKR.
Nagorno-Karabakh Republic National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghulyan,
PM Ara Harutyunyan, and several other officials likewise attended
the event.
