ARMENIAN PM IN AWKWARD SITUATION - NEWSPAPER

YEREVAN. - There is a "parade" of ministerial press conferences in
Armenia on Tuesday and Wednesday, Zhoghovurd daily reports.
"The occasion for meeting with journalists is to present clarifications
on the [recent] CC [i.e., Chamber of Control] report [on the misuse
of the state budget], which [i.e., the press conferences] they are
holding upon the instruction of PM Tigran Sargsyan.
"But the head of the executive found self in an awkward situation
yet again. The CC report was discussed in the relevant departments,
ninety percent of the ministers had signed under the reports,
acknowledged his fault, and eliminated the infringements by paying
for 'the damage caused to the state budget as a result of additions'
and sent the proof of payment to CC," Zhoghovurd writes.
